Talonmore Drinks Company ships from Edinburgh, Scotland. We aim to offer the most reliable delivery service in the UK non-alcoholic drinks category.
Where we deliver
We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only. This includes UK mainland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
Our products are non-alcoholic (0.0% ABV). No age verification is required at delivery. However, all purchasers must be 18 or over.
Carriers and delivery windows
We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce. The service applied to your order depends on basket value, destination and order time. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Royal Mail Tracked 24: typically delivered the next working day from dispatch (UK mainland).
Royal Mail Tracked 48: typically delivered within 2 to 3 working days from dispatch (UK mainland).
Parcelforce Overnight: delivered the next working day from dispatch for orders placed before 2pm UK time, Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 2pm, or on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, are dispatched on the next working day.
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man may take 1 to 2 additional working days regardless of the carrier selected.
Order processing
Orders received before 12pm UK time on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 12pm, or on a Saturday, Sunday or UK public holiday, are dispatched on the next working day. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your order leaves us.
Damaged or lost parcels
We pack every bottle in protective packaging designed for the UK postal system, but occasionally things go wrong. If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch via our Contact page within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the outer box and the damaged contents. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
If your tracking shows no delivery activity for 7 working days from dispatch (10 working days for the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man), please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
