Tell Me More about Talonmore
Talonmore is an alcohol-free spirit made from root ingredients that has been designed to replicate the experience of drinking a dark spirit such as Whisky (or Whiskey), Rum, Cognac or Tequila Reposado. Our flagship product was born from a desire to create a great tasting non alcoholic spirit to combat the lack of options in the market. What makes Talonmore different to other non-alcoholic spirits and beverages?
We believe distilled products without ethanol to carry the flavour are typically left with a watery taste and weak smell. Therefore, we decided on a game changing process without distilling. At Talonmore, we brew natural and rooted ingredients to ensure a full and fiery flavour, without the use of ethanol. This ensures that it's a great tasting drink at an appropriate price. What does Talonmore taste like?
The lingering taste is fired by the spice of ginger and cinnamon whilst complemented with malty notes and fruit sweetness.
This warm and fiery non alcoholic spirit is powered by the superfood, ginger. This hero ingredient is complemented with prickly pear, hawthorn berry and Assam tea to create a complex mix between sweet and bitter.
What makes the Talonmore flavour unique, memorable and beneficial?
At Talonmore, we make our own bespoke essence: a mix of hawthorn berry with cassia bark (cinnamon) to create a tart, tangy burst but lighlty softened with spiced sweetness. Hawthorn berries are tiny nutrient-rich berries and, for hundreds of years, people have used hawthorn berry as a herbal remedy for digestive problems, heart issues, and high blood pressure. The combined essence therefore contains many health benefits including powerful antioxidants loaded in cinnamon.
Ginger provides the heat and spice however it is also known to have many health benefits; it can ease digestion, tackle joint inflammation and relieve nausea.
Prickly Pear is a member of the cactus family - an exotic colourful fruit and adds fibre and nutritions. The flesh of prickly pears is juicy, contains seeds, and has a sweet taste similar to that of watermelon.
Assam Tea is a black tea named after region of production, Assam in India, and brings a malty flavour and rich savoury aroma.

How do you drink Talonmore?

How do I store Talonmore?
Due to the natural ingredients in Talonmore, we recommend to store in a cool, dark place before opening. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 44 months (<7 degree c.) or 2 months at ambient temperature. Like a premium white wine or spirit, Talonmore tastes best when stored properly.
How long can I keep Talonmore for?
Once opened, please consume within 45 days but we are sure you’ll finish the bottle way before then.
Do I need to shake the bottle before pouring?
To awake, give it a shake - before opening ;)
Why is Talonmore cloudy?
Due to the natural ingredients, Talonmore may appear cloudy as sedimentation may occur. Ginger, prickly pear, hawthorn berry and Assam tea are blended to pack the flavour and the resulting taste and colour is a feature we are very proud of.
Is the packaging recyclable?
The glass bottle and cap are fully recyclable along with our packaging supplied by MacFarlane Packaging.
Does Talonmore contain any alcohol?
We are very proud to create a great tasting beverage with no alcohol - 0% ABV.
Is Talonmore an alcohol free whisky (whiskey) or alcohol free rum?
We replicate the experience of drinking a dark spirit such as a whisky or rum with plenty of heat and fire but completely alcohol free. You can also drink neat, with ice or with your favourite mixer.
Does Talonmore contain any allergens?
Whilst there are no nuts and/or nut derivatives used to manufacture this product, there may be traces of nuts from the factory where this product is manufactured. Talonmore is suitable for Vegans and is also gluten-free.
Are there artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners used in Talonmore?
No artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners were used in the formulation. This is another reason why Talonmore could be a preferred non alcoholic drink.
Can I drink your drinks if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
Yes, there is no alcohol content in Talonmore and, although the beverage does contain high levels of root ingredients including ginger, like many products during pregnancy/ breastfeeding; with moderation. If you are in any doubt, check with your doctor/ GP.
How many calories per serve?
There are 38 kcal per 25ml measure and around half of the calories than a standard whisky or gin.
Is Talonmore sweetened?
There is a touch of sweetness to Talonmore and we use 8.2g per 25ml measure of sugar however there are no artificial sweeteners.
Do you ship internationally?
Talonmore can be shipped to the UK. We are working on a solution for the rest of the world including Europe, US and Canada in the not too distant future.
